Matrimony
Any registered member of this parish who actively participate in the parish may contact the rectory office regarding preparation for marriage. Active participation implies regular attendance at Sunday Mass and the observance of the Precepts of the Church. The contact must be at least one year in advance of the proposed marriage date in order to fulfill all the necessary instruction and requirements mandated by Church and Diocesan law. Please make plans with the Church prior to scheduling a reception.

Contact must be initiated by the groom or bride and not any other family member. No discussion of the possibility of marriage can take place with anyone other than the groom or bride who are to be married. All conversation after the initial contact must be in person and not over the telephone.

Family members of parishioners who reside outside the boundaries of Saints Peter and Paul Parish (Talbot County) must contact the parish in which they live and worship in order to prepare for marriage in their own parish church.

Anointing of the Sick
Call the rectory at 410-822-2344 if there is a family member that is need of an anointing.
